No. Independent servicing does not void a manufacturer warranty when work follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses genuine or approved parts. Every visit is fully documented. Cars on a dealer service contract have their terms checked before work begins.
Yes. OFJ fits genuine OEM or agency-approved parts on every job. Where both options exist, the difference in cost and origin is explained before you approve the quote, so you always know what goes into your car.
