What is included in Mercedes-Benz Service A?

Service A commonly includes engine oil and oil-filter replacement, fluid-level checks, tyre-pressure adjustment, brake inspection, general safety checks and maintenance-indicator reset. The exact scope may vary depending on the model and mileage.

Service B includes the main Service A items and normally adds cabin-filter replacement, brake-fluid replacement and further model-specific inspections.

The vehicle’s dashboard or ASSYST service display normally shows the required service. OFJ can also check the mileage, age and available service history before confirming the correct maintenance package.

Service A is commonly required around every 10,000 km or once a year. Service B is normally completed after Service A. However, the dashboard service message, model, mileage, driving conditions and service history should always be checked.

Yes. Service B normally includes additional filter, fluid and inspection work beyond the standard Service A requirements.

Yes. The maintenance indicator is reset after the required service is completed.
