MERCEDES-BENZ SERVICE A

Mercedes-Benz Service A is the first level of scheduled maintenance. It helps keep the vehicle running smoothly between major service intervals. It is usually required every 10,000 km or once a year. However, the exact timing may change depending on the model, engine, mileage, driving conditions and service history.For newer vehicles, the ASSYST service message on the dashboard should be used as the main guide. Dubai heat, traffic and frequent short journeys may also affect the service requirement.

MERCEDES-BENZ SERVICE B

Mercedes-Benz Service B is a more detailed scheduled-maintenance visit.It includes the main items from Service A, together with extra filter, fluid and model-specific maintenance. Service B is normally required after Service A. It is commonly carried out around 30,000 km or approximately one year after the previous service. The exact requirement depends on the vehicle model, mileage, service history and dashboard maintenance message.

FINAL CHECK AND
DELIVERY

We complete a final quality inspection, reset the maintenance indicator and explain any additional recommendations. The vehicle is then cleaned and sanitised inside and outside before delivery. Pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged for customer convenience.
